Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American actress and singer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American singer and actress. Her parents are of Polish origin (mother), and German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen was already an accomplished entertainer in the early stages. She was just 12 when she appeared at her first audition and won the role of Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother prior to the age of 13 and was subsequently cast as a model for advertisements on television and newspapers. At this time Bell also started training in private acting. Bell was in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998, as an uncredited actress. Bell took part in the drama and music club at Shrine Catholic High School. The Wizard of Oz was performed by her high school and she won the part as Dorothy. Bell went to New York City for the Tisch School of the Arts to study musical theater following her the completion of her studies. Bell left her college in 2001 after she was cast in the role Becky for Tom Sawyer. That same year, she was in Pootie Tang, but the sequence in which she made an appearance was cut. This meant that only her credit sequence exists. Bell appeared in Broadway on Broadway in The Crucible, a revival which featured Liam Neeson with Angela Bettis.
