Angelica Therese Bengtsson excels at pole vaulting. She was the winner of the first Summer Youth Olympics held in Singapore, 2010. Bengtsson has won gold medals at the 2009 World Youth Championships and the 2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics. Angelica Panganiban, born on the 4th of November, 1986 in Payatas (Quezon City), was born to a Filipina mother. Her birthplace was in Payatas, Quezon City on November 4 April, 1986. Her mother died in 2008 and was buried in Singapore and her father is an American born in Iowa. He was a former US Navy member. Her biological father, Mark Charlson is a retired U.S. Navy man from Iowa, United States; that in the early 1980's was a member of the U.S.S. O'Brien is stationed on the Philippines.
