Awkwafina has been described as an American actor and musician who began her career with innovative raps which addressed gender and ethnic identities from a a boldly comic perspective. The final track was connected directly to Awkwafina's NYC travel guide, released in the year 2015. A musician and author was on her resume she determined to pursue an actor for a third venture. Alongside early TV shows, such Girl Code and Tawk - she appeared in the movies Neighbors 2 Storks and Bad Rap. Her breakout roles included Dude Ocean's 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. In June she dropped her EP "In Fina We Trust".
